Virga, the striking public art installation on the historic Delgany Bridge over Cherry Creek, will make itself heard this Friday evening.
Sound Artist Morton Waller has created a complimentary soundpiece for Patrick Marold’s installation, installed and dedicated last fall. From Denver Arts and Venues, the piece “is a response to the transition of light on the sculpture as twilight approaches.”
Following the presentation (about 8:30 p.m.), the Museum of Contemporary Art will host an Artist Conversation and Reception in their 4th floor cafe. Here’s a link to the first item Denver by the Slice printed about the installation.
